- Returns and refunds are accepted for products that are incorrect, defective, or damaged upon delivery.
- For perishable items (such as fresh produce, meat, and seafood), requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Non-perishable items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all return and refund requests.
How to Request a Refund or Return
- Contact us promptly via phone, email, or in-store with your order details and reason for return or refund.
- For damaged or defective products, please provide a clear photo showing the issue.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, we will arrange for pickup or guide you on returning the item to our store.
- Refunds are processed using your original payment method (GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or cash), unless otherwise agreed.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exceptions
- Certain products, especially perishable goods, cannot be returned if opened or not in original condition unless found defective or spoiled upon delivery.
- Items bought at promotional rates or marked as "Final Sale" may not be eligible for refunds unless defective.
